Job description

  • Define and drive integration roadmap and service vision
  • Lead and support an Agile integration development team
  • Collaborate with Product Owner and customers to prioritise backlog and delivery goals
  • Support customer-specific solution design and documentation (offer + delivery)
  • Ensure stable service production and continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Strong experience leading development teams and service production delivery
  • Solid background in integration platforms (Boomi preferred)
  • Strong understanding of integration patterns + security + QA
  • Cloud knowledge (AWS/GCP)
  • Ability to engage directly with customers and drive outcomes
  • Familiarity with REST/SOAP, XML/JSON and common dev languages for design discussions
  • Telecom/eCommerce/CRM/ERP ecosystem understanding

Nice to have

  • Telco experience
  • TM Forum Open Digital Architecture exposure
  • Agile/Scrum ways of working
