Head Of IT Infrastructure H/F

Our client, an innovative leader in the healthtech sector, is seeking a Head of IT Infrastructure to oversee and evolve the entire IT landscape, supporting critical applications and services used by healthcare professionals and patients worldwide.

Your Mission:

As Head of IT Infrastructure, you will:

• Define and implement the company's IT infrastructure strategy.
• Manage cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), data centers, and network architecture.
• Ensure infrastructure security and compliance with health data protection regulations (GDPR, HIPAA).
• Lead teams responsible for IT operations, support, and infrastructure projects.
• Collaborate with product and R&D teams to ensure robust, scalable, and reliable platforms.
• Oversee vendor relationships and budget management.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in infrastructure technologies.

Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.

• At least 8 years of experience in IT infrastructure management.
• Strong expertise in cloud architecture, cybersecurity, and high-availability environments.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams.
• Experience in healthtech, pharmaceuticals, or other regulated industries is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication and strategic vision.
