What You'll Do
Own & Build: Take charge of core services, write clean and scalable code, and influence architectural decisions.
Set the Bar High: Champion coding standards, thorough testing, and top-tier code reviews.
Mentor & Elevate: Guide junior engineers, provide constructive feedback, and lead internal workshops.
Optimize & Improve: Spot performance bottlenecks, improve CI/CD pipelines, and push for smarter tooling.
Advocate for Maintenance: Identify and address technical debt, making the case for long-term stability.

Requirements
Do you have experience in SQL?, 6+ years of experience with Python or any other OOP language
Backend expertise: APIs, microservices, architecture best practices
Databases & SQL: Data modeling, query optimization
