Senior QA Automation Engineer (Python) [J271]

We're looking for a Senior QA Automation Engineer with strong Python skills to help ensure quality on a leading platform for valuing, reviewing, and reporting illiquid investments (private equity, credit, real estate).

This is a hands-on Software Developer in Test role with a strong focus on automation ( 85%), ownership, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Do

• Design, build, and maintain automated test frameworks and test cases
• Validate new features for production readiness and support regression testing
• Actively drive test automation best practices, patterns, and tooling
• Manage defects, analyze failures, and reproduce issues when needed
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, and QAs across the SDLC
• Contribute to improving product quality, usability, and testing processes

Do you have experience in Selenium?, * Strong experience in QA automation and Agile/Scrum teams

• Python expertise with high-quality, maintainable test code
• Hands-on experience with Robot Framework and Selenium (must-have)
• Experience with Azure DevOps test management (must-have)
• Solid understanding of BDD, E2E testing, and cross-browser/platform testing
• Ability to review code, communicate defects clearly, and advocate for quality
