Job description

In-person payments at Adyen powers the in-store experience for the biggest brands. As this solution is growing exponentially, we're looking for a Product Manager to join the IPP Platform stream. The Platform team focuses on building, enhancing, and maintaining Adyen's In-Person Payments terminal fleet management solutions such as:

  • Customer-facing fleet management portal
  • Integrations with third-party logistics providers
  • Value-add terminal services
  • Billing for in-person payments
  • APIs and Webhooks

What you'll do:

  • Actively engage with customers and other Adyen teams to refine the product roadmap and identify new opportunities for innovation
  • Define, prioritize, and deliver multiple strategic projects to enhance Adyen's products while aligning with the company's goals and ambitions
  • Collaborate together with developers, data analysts, commercial teams, and customers to drive the success of your projects
  • Manage incoming requests from other Adyen teams, using critical thinking to prioritize, defer, or postpone them, while clearly communicating the rationale behind your decisions
  • Develop a clear vision for the products you own, establishing yourself as a domain expert and staying updated on the latest industry trends
  • Act as an Adyen advocate, effectively pitching our products, new features to existing and prospective customers to boost adoption.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Supply chain?, * Experience - You have 4+ years of experience in the product management domain, preferably within the B2B SaaS space. Experience building tooling for operational scalability, supply chain, IoT, or in billing/monetization are highly valued

  • Knowledge - You have a good understanding of the software development process from planning to release, as well as the important role of testing in this process.
  • Mindset - You have an entrepreneurial mindset and don't sit around and wait until things happen by themselves
  • Adaptability and creativity - Plans and conditions always change, but you still navigate through any weather with a positive and constructive attitude
  • Relationships - You enjoy working together with colleagues ranging from developers, data analysts and engineers, to operations and commercial teams, and feel comfortable speaking with our merchants & partners
  • Curiosity and technical affinity - You are motivated by challenges, a quick learner together with outstanding analytical skills, and unafraid to dive deep into complex technical subjects.
