Job description
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to fully understand business requirements and translate them into system function designs;
- Take ownership of module architecture design and prepare high-quality technical documentation;
- Develop, test, and validate backend business functions, ensuring reliability and scalability;
- Optimize system performance, stability, and other critical operational metrics;
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues quickly, providing root cause analysis and implementing preventive measures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related field;
- 5+ years of experience in internet-related backend development;
- Overseas work experience is a strong plus;
- Proficient in Java, Go, or Python (experience in multiple languages preferred);
- Strong experience in large-scale cloud platform backend development within the internet industry;
- Familiar with AWS, Azure, or other public cloud services;
- Skilled in Linux systems and experienced with containers and Kubernetes;
- Practical knowledge of middleware technologies such as nginx, RDS, Redis, Kafka;
- Proficient in SQL and database optimization.
