Job description
An outstanding US law firm is seeking a CRM Specialist with strong Salesforce experience to support business development, client relationship management, and data-driven decision-making across the firm.
You will play a key role in managing and optimizing the firm's CRM platform, ensuring high-quality data, supporting attorneys and business development teams, and enhancing client engagement strategies., * Administer, configure, and optimize Salesforce CRM
- Manage data integrity, reporting, dashboards, and analytics
- Support business development and marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with attorneys, leadership, and BD teams to improve CRM adoption
- Customize workflows, automation, and integrations
- Provide user training, documentation, and ongoing support
- Troubleshoot issues and liaise with external vendors when needed
Requirements
- Proven experience as a CRM Specialist or Salesforce Administrator
- Strong hands-on Salesforce experience (configuration, reporting, automation)
- Experience working in a law firm or professional services environment preferred
- Excellent data management and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work with senior stakeholders
- Salesforce certifications (Admin, Advanced Admin, or similar) a plus
The firm are open to candidates from a legal or professional services background.
Salesforce experience is essential.
