Test Engineer

Perform test and validation of complex electro-optical systems. Conduct acceptance testing of deliverable systems prior to customer delivery. Diagnose, report, and assist in resolving hardware faults at system and PCB level. Provide technical support for system demonstrations and customer enquiries. Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure product quality and reliability. Occasional travel to customer sites in the UK and overseas.Qualifications & Experience required for this Test & Validation Engineer role

Proven experience in testing and verification of electronic systems. Strong hardware debugging and component-level testing skills. Excellent technical problem-solving and repair capabilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant engineering discipline.Desirable:

Knowledge of optical/video systems and related standards. Experience with video systems and protocols. Familiarity with software development in C#. Ability to produce detailed technical reports.Benefits of this Test & Validation Engineer role
