Job description

We're hiring a Data Ops Analyst to own data accuracy, reconciliation, and reporting across PPC, affiliate, and KOA platforms, with the technical ability to validate data at source.

This role goes beyond dashboards and spreadsheets. You will work directly with databases, lead platforms, and engineers to ensure every lead, sale, and revenue event is correctly stored, reconciled, and reported., * Reconcile lead and sales data across PPC, affiliates, KOA, and suppliers

  • Validate lead, sale, and revenue data at database level using SQL
  • Identify missing, duplicated, or mis-attributed events
  • Support recovery of disputed revenue with defensible data
  • Build and maintain internal and supplier facing dashboards
  • Ensure reporting reflects true database values, not just platform outputs
  • Track CPL, CPA, CAC, and net margin by channel
  • Monitor lead quality metrics and flag anomalies or potential fraud
  • Work with backend engineers to resolve data bugs or gaps
  • Support forecasting and commercial decision making with trusted data

Requirements

Do you have experience in Database management?, * Strong experience in data analysis with direct database access

  • Solid SQL skills including SELECTs, joins, aggregations, and filters
  • Experience reconciling data across multiple systems
  • Strong Excel or Google Sheets capability
  • Commercial mindset with understanding of revenue, margin, and ROI
  • Comfortable working with imperfect, messy data
  • Confident working alongside engineers to investigate issues

Nice to Haves:

  • Python for data checks or automation
  • Experience with lead generation, marketplaces, or affiliates
  • Experience with event based tracking systems
  • Familiarity with cloud databases such as Postgres, MySQL, or BigQuery
  • Experience improving data pipelines or reporting reliability
