SAP/IT Support Analyst

We are seeking an experienced SAP / IT Support Analyst to provide first and second line support across SAP ERP and wider IT systems. This role will involve technical troubleshooting, system development, and supporting ongoing system improvements within a complex SAP environment., * Troubleshoot and resolve SAP and IT system issues

• Deliver technical development and system enhancements
• Handle support requests involving coding or system modifications
• Implement system changes and continuous improvements
• Monitor and support security and connectivity tools, including Webroot, Cisco and VPNs
• Configure, maintain and troubleshoot software and hardware; repair or replace PC and network components as required
• Manage IT-related contracts, including phone systems, mobiles, and IT supplies
• Assist with the coordination and administration of annual stock-taking activities
• Respond to general IT enquiries and ad-hoc support requests

Do you have experience in VPN?, * Strong knowledge of SAP ERP business systems, including ABAP (Advanced Business Application Programming)

• Experience across core SAP modules: SD, MM, PP, CO and FI
• Understanding of IT project management principles

Key Experience & Skills

• Minimum of 2 years' experience supporting SAP ERP systems (1st/2nd line support)
• Experience with reporting and analytics
• Ability to design and deliver complex, environment-specific solutions
• Strong understanding of ABAP integration with BW processes, including data transformations and extractor enhancements
• Broad SAP module exposure, particularly within ECC core modules
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Experience creating SAP training materials and supporting a wide range of SAP users, * SAP Certification
• GDPR / DPO Certification
