Job description
Working from our in-house FM Software Package the candidate will be trained to log-calls / update the systems to keep our information live in a busy Helpdesk environment.
Day to day tasks.
· Sending and receiving emails
· Raising and closing jobs on our FM Package
· Raising POs to Supply Chain
· Updating notes on job progress in a live environment
· Answering phones and liaising with engineers and clients
Requirements
Do you have experience in Technical support?, · Experience of Microsoft Office packages
· Ability to work within a team structure
· Good telephone manner & understanding of customer care
· Experience of CAFM systems would be an advantage
