industrialize the companies core technologies Requirements of the role: * Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, a related technical field or relevant industry experience * Expert knowledge of Python and preferably other languages such as Rust and C/C++ * Junior: 1-2 years of experience in software engineering with focus on machine learning and data science. * Mid: 3+ years of experience in software engineering with focus on machine learning and data science. * Experience in developing and deploying software systems on the cloud, e.g. AWS * Proficiency with git and CI/CD pipelines. * Demonstrated commitment to maintainable, high-quality code through best practices such as testing, documentation, and clean design principles, and the ability to instill this in others. * Strong ability to work with APIs and design efficient application workflows. * Excellent communication and soft skills: a people's person. * Ability to work with experts from different professional backgrounds, both in-person and through online resources.
