Marlex necesita incorporar un/a IT Support Engineer II (Valencia) with Fluent English para multinacional de plataforma de pagos de última generación, expertos en pagos y software., We are looking for an IT Support Engineer II to provide temporary coverage for paternity leave. The ideal candidate will be responsible for resolving technical incidents, managing the IT asset lifecycle, and ensuring smooth onboarding and offboarding processes. This role requires someone who can manage these tasks autonomously and contribute to process improvements. A strong commitment to efficiency, service quality, and proactive asset management is essential., * Manage the IT asset lifecycle , including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and retirement of equipment.

• Lead and execute onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a positive and secure experience for all users.
• Resolve second-level technical incidents for macOS, Windows, and SaaS applications.
• Manage user-level access on platforms like Okta and Google Workspace .
• Improve support processes and propose optimizations for lifecycle tasks.
• Maintain accurate asset inventory and generate basic reports.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of experience in an IT support environment.
• Solid experience with macOS and Windows , and administering SaaS platforms (Okta, Jira).
• Experience with IT asset management and procurement processes.
• Fluent English is required for this position, both spoken and written.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage small projects

• Temporary contract for paternity leave coverage (approximately 5 months). Possibility of extension or permanent contract based on performance .
