AI Engineer

• Data & Voorbereiding: Koppelen van diverse databronnen implementeren van Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)-pipelines en data structureren voor optimaal gebruik in LLMs.
• Generative AI Ontwikkeling: Ontwerpen en implementeren van productieklare AI-systemen met LLMs. Fine-tunen van modellen optimaliseren van prompts en integreren van RAG voor contextbewuste antwoorden.
• AI DevOps & MLOps: Opzetten van CI/CD-pipelines beheren van containerisatie (Docker Kubernetes) en automatiseren van retraining met MLflow en cloud-native tools.
• Communicatie & Impact: Presenteren van demos prototypes en rapporten die AI tastbaar maken voor stakeholders.

• Masters degree in Data Science Computer Science or related field.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs prompt engineering and RAG pipelines.
• Strong Python engineering skills and experience with Databricks MLflow and Azure.
• Familiarity with CI/CD Docker Kubernetes and Git.
• Curiosity adaptability and a collaborative mindset.
• Excellent communication skills in English Dutch language skills are a plus.

We are looking for an AI Engineer to help shape the future of certification services. This is more than building AI systems its about redefining how we work and deliver value in Business Assurance. You will work as an internal entrepreneur within our global AI Program collaborating with process owners product managers and end-users to design solutions that transform workflows and enhance customer experience. You will also connect with the global AI community at DNV sharing knowledge and driving innovation. What You Will Do * Data & Preparation: Connect to diverse data sources implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and structure data for optimal use in LLMs. * Generative AI Development: Design deploy and update production-grade AI systems using LLMs and multimodal models. Fine-tune models optimize prompts and integrate RAG for context-aware responses. * AI DevOps & MLOps: Set up CI/CD pipelines manage containerization (Docker Kubernetes) and automate retraining using MLflow and cloud-native tools. * Communication & Impact: Deliver demos (Streamlit) prototypes and reports that make AI systems tangible for stakeholders. * Continuous Innovation: Stay ahead of trends experiment with frameworks like LangChain Azure OpenAI and others.
