Job description
Are you interested in the intersection of human resource technology and employee-related data, surveys and analytics? FOUNT has an opening on its Solutions team for a Customer Implementation Data Analyst. This role is primarily focused on customer onboarding and implementation, product configuration, service delivery, and post implementation analytics. Our Solutions team works internally with the Customer Success team and externally with customer project teams and senior executives to help them measure, visualize, and understand data that helps to identify sources of friction and inefficiency in an organization - what gets in the way of people doing great work and having great experiences at work.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Configuring customer dashboards for data visualization and analysis
- Customer survey data normalization, ingest, and QA
- Customer survey implementation and maintenance
- Creating data queries and analysis
- Developing and maintaining data benchmarks
- Supporting FOUNT Platform content management, user management and technical help desk management and support
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- At least one year of professional experience
- Strong proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office
- Basic familiarity with SQL
- Basic knowledge of R language or equivalent
- Professional English skills, spoken and written with ability to communicate complex topics concisely
- Experience working as part of a team
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver high-quality, accurate work
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work on tight timelines
- Ability to travel as needed to London

- Familiarity with Power BI
- Experience in project management
- Familiarity with survey platforms (e.g. Qualtrics, Medallia, Glint, Perceptyx, etc.)
