IAM Test Analyst

Sanderson recruitment are currently working with a business who are seeking a Test Analyst to support the delivery of Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions across multiple workstreams. You will design and execute tests, support UAT, and work closely with third-party delivery teams to ensure secure, reliable access controls., * Design and execute test cases across access provisioning, authentication, remote access, and privileged access.

• Support UAT activities, including test data setup, defect management, and user support.
• Review test evidence, reproduce defects, and confirm fixes with suppliers.
• Log, track, and retest defects, producing clear test documentation and evidence.
• Identify and escalate access risks or inconsistencies.

• Test Analyst experience within IAM, security, or enterprise systems.
• Understanding of IAM concepts, including logical and privileged access.
• Experience supporting UAT and managing defects.
• Strong attention to detail and clear communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
