Job description
You will be responsible for supporting and maintaining enterprise infrastructure across both live and test environments, working closely with internal technical teams and client stakeholders., * Troubleshooting complex infrastructure issues across Windows and RHEL environments
- Supporting technologies including SAN, GPOs, WSUS, Active Directory, and AppLocker
- Collaborating with Network, Engineering, and SOC teams to resolve end-user impacting incidents
- Working directly with client leads to manage and resolve escalated issues
- Carrying out patching and maintenance across test and live environments (AV, WSUS, RHEL and other updates)
- Managing PKI certificates and supporting SIEM tooling
- Providing infrastructure support to Engineering and Test teams
- Performing Active Directory administration (accounts, groups, permissions, memberships)
- Participating in an on-call rota to ensure 24/7/365 support coverage

Essential experience:
- VMware vSphere
- Windows Server
- Active Directory, DNS, WSUS, RDS
- RHEL (Red Hat Linux)
- Enterprise security tooling (e.g. McAfee or equivalent)
- Strong troubleshooting, incident management, and stakeholder communication skills
