Job description
- Take ownership as the sole engineer and technical lead, partnering closely with two founders
- Build, extend and scale product features using JavaScript and CSS
- Work across the full stack using Nordcraft and Xano (no prior experience required)
- Create APIs to integrate with external HR systems (e.g. Workday)
- Strengthen the codebase through better testing, security and backup processes
- Integrate AI-powered reporting features (integration-focused, not model development)
