Job description

  • Gain insights into RBI's latest transformation and innovation activities
  • Actively support a group-wide AI change management project, learning about transformation procedures and structures
  • Apply and practice agile and innovation management tools and approaches
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Business Lines, IT, Operations, HR, and Network Units
  • Support the implementation of the AI Change Management strategy

Assist in planning and executing change initiatives, including:

  • Large-scale events in Vienna and with Network Banks
  • Communication campaigns
  • Learning journeys
  • Prepare, facilitate, and document workshops, meetings, and events
  • Contribute to knowledge management content and change management toolkits
  • Prepare high-level stakeholder presentations and support engagement with leaders and AI pioneers
  • Draft concept notes and white papers
  • Take ownership of workstreams or small projects, depending on your maturity
  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, coordination, and progress tracking

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a graduate/postgraduate program with focus on organizational development, change management, innovation, digital transformation, consulting, finance, project controlling, strategic management, psychology, systemic thinking and/or innovation background is very welcome
  • Interest in AI adoption and transformation topics; prior work exposure to project/change management is a plus
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to work independently and proactively
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office (advanced PowerPoint, Excel), collaboration tools (Miro), and willingness to learn new platforms
  • Fluency in English; German and additional CEE languages are an advantage
