Job description
Support serial life and continuous improvement activities for existing e-drive systems.

Coordinate and contribute to structured issue analysis for: o Field returns / warranty o Plant or 0-km system failures

Perform or support analysis based on: o CAN/LIN traces o Motor/inverter behavior o Performance indicators (torque, current, speed, efficiency, control behavior)

Coordinate system analysis activities involving: o Mechanical integration engineers o E-machine experts o Inverter and power electronics experts o Software calibration and controls teams o Validation and functional safety

Support requirement updates and homologation impacts related to Euro 7 regulations.

Drive or support 8D/Six Sigma problem-solving as hoc workshops.

Coordinate and monitor system requirements and traceability (Polarion).
Requirements
The selected candidate will support the serial engineering phase of existing e-drive products and contribute to cross-functional technical topics. The role requires a candidate capable of working autonomously, adapting to shifting priorities, and coordinating across mechanical, software, electrical, manufacturing and validation domains., Strong technical background in electric machine systems, power electronics and controls.

System engineering experience with mechatronic automotive systems.

Strong capability in signal and data analysis (dynamic behavior, inverter parameters, calibration effects).

Experience with validation and system debugging in bench or vehicle environments.

Understanding of embedded software structure and calibration workflows.

Excellent communication skills for multi-discipline technical coordination.

Requirements management platforms: Polarion, (DOORS)

CAN analysis tools: Vector CANalyzer/CANoe

Engineering analysis: MATLAB/Simulink, data processing tools

Issue tracking and problem-solving frameworks: 8D, FMEA, Six Sigma
Education & Background Requirements

Minimum Required: o Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering or similar. o 3 years experience in automotive or high-volume mechatronic product development or industrialization.

Preferred Certifications (not mandatory but valued): o Six Sigma Green Belt or proven 8D methodology experience o ISO 26262 Functional Safety awareness o ASPICE familiarity
