Part-Time - AI Operations Support (Voice AI & Automation)

Auralinx is an AI company building AI-powered voice and call agent systems for real-world business use cases. We are looking for a motivated working student, junior, or early-career freelancer to support the daily operations and optimization of AI Call Agent automations.

This role offers hands-on exposure to production-level AI systems, with a strong focus on AI operations, automation workflows, and conversational AI quality control.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations of AI-powered call agents
• Review and analyze call transcripts for quality, accuracy, and logic
• Assist in improving AI prompts, call flows, and conversation paths
• Monitor system performance and basic KPIs
• Help test and validate new AI automation features
• Document workflows, changes, and operational best practices
• Collaborate with technical and operational team members

Do you have experience in Computer science?, * Enrolled student or recent graduate (ETH, UZH, ZHAW, or similar) or junior/freelance profile

• Strong interest in AI, automation, or conversational systems
• Very good written English and German
• Analytical mindset and strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and responsibly, * Experience with AI tools (voice assistants, chatbots, automation platforms)
• Familiarity with workflows, prompts, or basic automation logic
• Background in computer science, data, engineering, business informatics, or similar
• Interest in AI product operations or applied AI systems
