Product Owner 80-100%

To support us, we are looking for a Product Owner (m/f/x) 80-100%, who will work closely with business departments and technical teams to maximize product value and ensure their adoption. The missions awaiting you:

• Define and communicate the product vision to stakeholders and build a roadmap aligned with strategic objectives
• Prioritize features and developments based on their business impact and strategic objectives
• Maintain an up-to-date, transparent, and understandable backlog
• Collaborate closely with Solutions teams (RSO, BA, developers, testers)
• Monitor product performance and user feedback, establish value creation indicators, and propose continuous improvements
• Include developments in the company release plan and ensure product documentation
• Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and issues, proposing appropriate solutions

• Minimum 3 years as a Product Owner with a relevant degree.
• Strong leadership and ownership in complex topics.
• Fluency in French and English, German is a plus., * Proven experience (minimum 3 years) as a Product Owner or in an equivalent role
• Hold a higher education degree (EPF, HES, HEC, UNI or equivalent) in computer science or a technical field with a computer science component
• Demonstrate strong leadership and a strong sense of ownership to structure, arbitrate, and advance complex topics
• Understand overall IT architecture, master data security, access, and protection of critical systems, as well as analyze integration issues (API, microservices, etc.) and Cloud-related challenges
• Comfortably use Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.) and apply common agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
• Fluent in French (native language) and able to interact in English (oral and written, minimum B2 level); knowledge of German is an asset
