SAP Payroll Consultant

FREELANCE - SAP Payroll Consultant - Spanish Payroll (12-month contract, Feb start), I'm currently looking for a Spanish speaking- Spanish Payroll expert for one of our biggest clients in Spain.

It's 100% remote and daily rates are competitive.

Role Overview:

• Lead client workshops and gather payroll requirements
• Design key payroll documentation and configure Spanish Payroll in SAP HXM
• Work with offshore teams on global payroll setup
• Communicate with project managers and senior stakeholders
• Manage risks, scope, and delivery in an Agile environment

• Strong SAP HXM and Payroll knowledge
• Solid HR process expertise
• Proactive, independent, and well-organized
• Excellent communication skills
