Job description

Senior Integration Engineer at TechDelivery. The role focuses on device deployment and app integration using Microsoft Intune, handling end-to-end app lifecycle (integrate, test, deploy), providing L3 support, managing incidents, and contributing to local product lifecycle. Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of applications within Intune: integration, testing, qualification, and deployment.
Support onboarding of devices and user profiles using Autopilot and Intune.
Provide Level 3 (L3) support, investigating and resolving complex technical issues and major incidents.
Perform bug analysis and fixes to ensure system stability and performance.
Develop new features or configurations as needed to improve device management or user experience.
Deploy and maintain application packages and configurations, including VPN and WIP setups.
Use Log Analytics and Intune to generate reports on device inventory, application performance, and security.
Maintain detailed and up-to-date technical documentation of implementations, changes, and configurations.
Collaborate with internal teams to contribute to product lifecycle management and local IT service improvements.
