Founding Full Stack Engineer NYC

You will work closely with the founding team (previously at MIT, IBM Research, BCG Gamma, and AI startups), with full ownership over your work and direct impact on the product and company., * Build end-to-end features , from frontend components to backend services

• Design intuitive, responsive interfaces using React
• Develop high-performance APIs using Python and FastAPI
• Work on LLM-based workflows, prompt engineering, and AI integrations
• Deploy, monitor, and maintain production code in AWS
• Take technical decisions and own what you build
• Iterate quickly based on real user feedback

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer
• Strong proficiency in React, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Next.js
• Solid experience in Python , ideally using FastAPI
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL and async patterns
• (Redis or Supabase is a plus)
• Comfort with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure) , CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps basics
• A product mindset : you care as much about user experience as you do about clean code

Nice to Have

• Experience working with LLMs and AI-powered features
• Knowledge of browser automation / headless browser tools
• Strong eye for UI/UX
• Experience in early-stage startups or 0-to-1 product development
• Strong academic performance and background in high-bar technical environments
