Fullstack Developer (h/m)

You will work closely with the founding team (previously at MIT, IBM Research, BCG Gamma, and AI startups), with full ownership over your work and direct impact on the product and company., Build end-to-end features from frontend components to backend services using React; develop high-performance APIs using Python and FastAPI; deploy, monitor, and maintain production code.

• Full Stack Engineer
• Strong proficiency in Python, ideally using FastAPI
• Solid experience with async patterns, Redis or Supabase is a plus
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS / GCP / Azure), CI / CD pipelines, and DevOps basics
• Comfort with user experience and clean code; experience in UI / UX
• Experience in early-stage startups, strong academic performance and background in high-bar technical environments
• Relocation to New York with full visa sponsorship and legal support
