Job description

  • Provide onsite desktop and IT support to end users in a distribution environment.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows OS, laptops, desktops, printers, scanners, and peripherals.
  • Handle Level 1 & Level 2 support tickets via ticketing tools (ServiceNow / similar).
  • Perform Active Directory user management (password reset, account unlock, group policy).
  • Support Microsoft Office 365, Outlook, Teams, and basic application issues.
  • Troubleshoot network connectivity issues (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN).
  • Coordinate with remote IT teams and vendors for escalations (L3 support).
  • Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
  • Follow ITIL processes and ensure SLA compliance.
  • Provide user support in Dutch and English.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Windows?, * 3+ years of experience in Desktop / IT Support.

  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Office 365, AD, SCCM (basic).
  • Experience working in onsite corporate or warehouse/distribution environments.
  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch (B2+) and English.
  • Ability to work independently in an onsite role.
