We have a great opportunity for an individual to join our Workflow and Automation team as a Systems Administrator here in Birmingham. This role sits within our Business Information Systems team.
The Workflow and Automation team delivers technical expertise, development, and support for the firm's enterprise applications, as well as workflow and automation solutions.
As a Systems Administrator, you will act as the subject matter expert for the firm's Intapp compliance systems, including associated workflow tools and integrations. You will collaborate closely with the Compliance and Finance teams, IT, and third-party support providers to ensure these systems are effectively utilised, maintained, and continuously enhanced.
Requirements
We're seeking an individual with proven experience in developing workflow solutions that enhance business processes, combined with at least two years of technical expertise in legal compliance or conflict systems.
Within your experience the ideal candidate will also demonstrate three years' experience within the legal sector or another regulated industry, ensuring you have the knowledge and insight to thrive in this role.
You'll bring strong knowledge of legal compliance processes and business operations, paired with hands-on experience in application support, including system upgrades and project delivery. Familiarity with Intapp Conflicts or similar legal compliance systems will be a distinct advantage.
We're looking for someone who is self-motivated, organised, and adaptable, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the confidence to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across the organisation.
