Solution Architect

• Support agile teams in delivering solutions for stakeholders.
• Work with systems and propose innovative improvements.
• Design architectures and frameworks.
• Document and address organization's data structure, solution architecture, and systems requirements throughout the full life cycle.
• Guide remote solution architects and act as a single point of contact for the local chief architect.
• Liaise between business, management, IT, and other stakeholders.
• Identify and prioritize critical business functions in collaboration with organizational stakeholders.

We are looking for a Solution Architect to join the architecture team and support our digital transformation within an agile landscape. The ideal candidate will have a passion for architecture and the ability to work with existing systems while bringing innovative ideas to improve and transform our systems. The role requires a willingness to work within a large organization and handle the challenges associated with multiple structures., * University Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent education and experience.

• TOGAF Certification.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum 5 years (preferably 10) of multi-disciplined IT experience (development, analysis, etc.).
• 4-5 years of Solution Architecture responsibilities in large, sophisticated organizations with high volume/high transaction environments.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms.
• Experience with mobile apps and websites.
• Broad proven business knowledge.
• Previous experience with organizations that use mainframes (awareness required).
• Experience with advanced technologies such as machine learning, data mining, text mining, deep learning, and natural language processing.

Language Requirements:

• Dutch: Good
• French: Good
• English: Fluent in writing and speaking

• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Ability to manage teleworking and make contact with different stakeholders.
• Team player with a proactive attitude.
• Quick self-starter.
• Good analytical and synthesis skills., Must be willing to travel on occasion (1 day quarterly).
