Job description

The role involves acting as a Senior AI Engineer and Technical Lead within a multidisciplinary team responsible for designing, delivering, and operationalizing AI solutions. The mission focuses on translating business needs into secure, standardized, and cost-effective AI applications that generate measurable business value. Responsibilities include defining solution architectures, leading technical implementation, coaching team members, and ensuring alignment with reference architectures and coding standards. The role also covers infrastructure deployment through reusable modules, lifecycle management of AI solutions, and collaboration with architects and subject-matter experts. Agile delivery practices and continuous integration are integral to the assignment.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Terraform?, * Senior-level experience as an AI Engineer with proven technical leadership responsibilities.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
Demonstrated experience translating business use cases into scalable AI solution architectures.
Proven expertise in:
Azure cloud platform, including networking and security.
Azure AI Services (Azure OpenAI, Document Intelligence, AI Search, AI Foundry).
Generative AI development, including LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, chunking and indexing, and search/ranking techniques.
End-to-end development of back-end and front-end components, including user interfaces and user experience.
Databricks, including Mosaic AI, PySpark and SQL data pipelines, and orchestration tools such as Airflow.
Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, embedded AI capabilities).
Infrastructure-as-code using Terraform for Azure deployments.
Solid experience with solution architecture and technology selection trade-offs.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), test-driven development, and continuous integration.
Ability to estimate technical costs, including infrastructure and development effort.
Strong communication skills, team leadership mindset, and proactive attitude.
