Requirements

supporting business teams throughout the testing phase Managing go-lives of new requirements while ensuring stakeholder alignment and smooth transitions Overseeing hypercare phases and ensuring structured handovers to operations, including documentation and training Supporting operations teams in issue resolution, use case analysis and continuous improvement initiatives Creating, maintaining and updating user guides and training documentation Your qualifications: Strong expertise in functional and technical aspects of SAP SD and MM modules in both R/3 and S/4HANA environments, as well as eWM acting as a key user Proven experience in logistics process design and optimization, particularly within distribution center and transportation environments Ability to act as an effective interface between business stakeholders and SAP analysts or solution architects University degree or equivalent qualification combined with extensive professional experience in supply chain management or warehouse management systems Strong analytical capabilities paired with structured and conceptual thinking Excellent organizational skills with a strong focus on documentation, process formalization and the creation of clear training materials Collaborative team-oriented mindset with high social and emotional intelligence Confidence and assertiveness in managing complex stakeholder environments and addressing challenges professionally Proactive approach with strong ownership mentality and accountability for business outcomes Fluency in French or English with solid proficiency in German The salary range will be communicated confidentially.
