(Junior) ERP System Administrator

• Analysis and optimization of business processes: current-state assessment, target-state design, identification of improvement opportunities
• Structured requirements management: formulation, prioritization and documentation of clear IT specifications
• Interface coordination between business units and IT
• Support during technical implementation: test management, acceptance and rollout
• Establishing standards: process documentation, templates and continuous improvement process

Do you have experience in Process management?, * A completed degree in business administration, business informatics, computer science, or a comparable qualification.

• Several years of experience in process management, business analysis, or ERP project work.
• Very good understanding of end-to-end business processes (e.g., procurement, logistics, sales, production, service, finance)
• Strong communication and facilitation skills
• Structured, independent and responsible working style
• Very good German and good English skills
