Identity & Access Manager

• Supporting the operation of IAM applications (IGA, AM, PAM) throughout their entire lifecycle
• Serving as the technical contact for IAM-related questions concerning the identity lifecycle and business alignment
• Advising and supporting business departments and project teams in integrating central user and access management, as well as in designing the underlying business roles and authorization concepts
• Providing functional documentation and information for end users
• Performing functional acceptance tests for changes within IAM processes and ensuring data quality
• Actively contributing to the further development of the IAM infrastructure to optimally support (business) IAM processes from a technical perspective
• As an expert in Identity Governance & Administration, actively shaping IAM topics and continuously ensuring that all IAM-related processes and operational tasks are carried out in compliance with defined standards
• Organizing and operationally supporting the assignment of user authorizations for IT services, applications, and other IT assets in accordance with Information Security Management policies
• Leveraging your expertise in IAM regulations, processes, and systems to ensure secure, compliant operations and end-to-end monitoring of authorization and role concepts
• Supporting the handling of security incidents as well as the use of collaboration tools

Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification Erfahrung In-depth knowledge of Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure AD), and common IAM tools such as One Identity, SailPoint, Okta, or Omada Solid understanding of security standards and compliance requirements Experience with Zero Trust security principles and solutions Strong analytical skills, a structured working style, and a high level of service orientation Very good German and English language skills, * Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification

• Several years of professional experience in the field of Identity & Access Management
• In-depth knowledge of Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure AD), and common IAM tools such as One Identity, SailPoint, Okta, or Omada
• Solid understanding of security standards and compliance requirements
• Experience with Zero Trust security principles and solutions
• Strong analytical skills, a structured working style, and a high level of service orientation
• Very good German and English language skills
