Lead .NET Developer (Enterprise Platform) [J281]

We're looking for an experienced Lead .NET Developer to lead a Scrum team building a large enterprise tax platform used to calculate, process, and present tax returns for large companies. The system runs on .NET 8, Azure, Angular, and modern cloud-native architecture.

What You'll Do

• Lead a Scrum team of 6 developers/testers
• Act as the main technical contact for client stakeholders
• Drive high-quality, on-time delivery across the full SDLC
• Stay hands-on: coding, reviews, troubleshooting, and design
• Promote best practices, design patterns, and continuous improvement
• Support production, incident management, and performance tuning

Tech Stack

• Backend: C#, .NET 8, ASP.NET WebAPI, EF Core, MSSQL
• Frontend: Angular, Bootstrap (micro frontends), basic React knowledge
• Cloud & DevOps: Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD
• Other: SignalR, OAuth/JWT, Application Insights

Do you have experience in System architecture?, * 7+ years software development experience

• Strong expertise in C# / .NET, API design, and SQL
• Proven experience as a backend-focused lead
• Experience with Azure, CI/CD, and production support
• Solid understanding of system architecture and distributed systems
• Excellent English communication and consultant mindset
• Availability to collaborate with US time zone teams
