Job description

We're looking for an experienced Lead .NET Developer with Angular expertise to lead a Scrum team building a high-impact platform for valuing and reporting illiquid investments (private equity, credit, real estate).

This is a hands-on leadership role combining technical excellence, team guidance, and close client collaboration.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and mentor a Scrum team of 6 developers/testers
  • Act as the main technical contact for client stakeholders
  • Drive high-quality, on-time delivery across the full SDLC
  • Design, build, and review production-grade .NET and Angular code
  • Champion best practices, clean architecture, and design patterns
  • Identify risks early and proactively improve processes and tooling

Requirements

Do you have experience in Software development?, * 7+ years of software development experience

  • Strong hands-on expertise with .NET Core / C# and Angular
  • Experience leading teams and owning technical delivery
  • Solid understanding of microservices, CI/CD, and DevOps practices
  • Experience with Azure (App Services, Functions, Service Bus, SQL)
  • Excellent English communication and a consultative mindset
  • Comfortable collaborating with US-based teams
