- Oversee the day to day running of the site, adhering to health and safety procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service to owners and their families, addressing any needs or concerns promptly.
- Handle correspondence and communication effectively using Microsoft Outlook, Word and online health and safety portals.
- Liaise with service providers, contractors, and vendors to ensure quality service delivery.
- Have a good understanding of financials in order to meet budget requirements.
- Maintain high standards throughout the premises

Millcroft Court is a 37-apartment retirement development for the over 60's situated in a quiet area of Cambridge. Facilities include: owners lounge and kitchen, communal gardens, laundry, guest facilities, lift, 24-hour off-site call system and on-site parking. Kingsdale are seeking to appoint a self-motivated manager who will manage building services, H & S, and deliver quality customer care. Working days and times are open to discussion, pay is based on £15 per hour (take home), an enhanced rate is paid for overtime. Holiday allowance is 20 days per year plus 8 bank holidays. The position is subject to a DBS check., * Proven experience in management or hospitality roles is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and work independently effectively.
- Proficient in IT with a solid understanding of computer literacy
