You'll be part of a busy, customer-focused support team providing 1st and 2nd line support, troubleshooting software and IT issues, and helping customers get the most from modern workplace technologies.
What You'll Be Doing
- Providing 1st & 2nd line technical support in a fast-paced environment
- Supporting cloud-based software and collaboration tools
- Troubleshooting issues across Microsoft 365, Teams, VoIP and SaaS platforms
- Assisting with general office network and user support
- Building strong relationships with customers through clear, friendly communication
- Working closely with senior engineers and escalating where appropriate
- Developing your skills within a growing managed services environment
Requirements
Due to continued growth, our client is expanding their technical team and is looking for a motivated Software Support Consultant / IT Support Specialist to play a key role in delivering high-quality support to a diverse client base. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your technical skills in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment., * Previous experience in IT technical support or software support
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Teams and/or VoIP / SaaS solutions (ideal but not essential)
- Good all-round understanding of office IT and networks
- Experience working for a Managed Service Provider is advantageous
