Job description

Do you enjoy turning data into actionable insights and ensuring systems run at peak performance? Join our Customer Decisioning Lab as a Technical Application Specialist, where you'll focus on building dashboards and driving Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices to keep our Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) platform resilient and efficient.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Day to day, you will:

  • Design and develop dashboards to monitor application health, performance, and key business metrics.
  • Implement and maintain SRE best practices, including reliability, scalability, and incident response processes.
  • Automate monitoring, alerting, and reporting to improve system observability and reduce manual effort.
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, and business teams to ensure platform stability and proactive issue resolution.
  • Analyse performance trends and provide insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Support capacity planning, disaster recovery, and compliance activities.

Requirements

  • Experience in building dashboards using tools like Pega, Grafana, Kibana, or similar.
  • Knowledge of SRE principles, monitoring, and incident management.
  • Proficiency in SQL and data visualization techniques.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

And any experience of these would be really useful:

  • Familiarity with Pega CDH or similar decisioning platforms.
  • Experience with automation and scripting for monitoring and reporting.
