Job description

  • Develop and implement applications using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Automate Desktop, Copilot studio, AI Foundry) from inception to full delivery.
  • Provide expertise in Dataverse, connectors, MCP and integration patterns to successfully implement solutions.
  • Support and mentor other users of Microsoft Power Platform technology across Lloyds Banking Group, become an AI advocate.
  • Application of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, and Azure services to improve our technological framework, including work on the Colleague Super Agent
  • Deliver outcomes by managing others and working within established systems and procedures.
  • Identify shortcomings and suggest improvements to processes, systems, and procedures, delivering plans under the mentorship of project/programme managers.
  • Provide input into the development of IT Security policies and monitor their implementation.
  • Define, deliver, and adapt specialized products/services to meet customer needs, selecting the best possible approaches within established systems.
  • Analyze specified problems and issues to find the best technical and/or professional solutions.
  • Develop product specifications, design testing procedures, and ensure standards are met.

Requirements

  • Proven experience working with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Automate Desktop, Copilot studio).
  • Strong understanding and experience with Dataverse, connectors, and integration patterns.
  • Ability to develop applications from inception to full delivery and work effectively with customers.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, and Azure services.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-100, PL-200, PL-400) are a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver prescribed outcomes within established data management systems and procedures.
  • Dedication to personal development and the growth of others through specialized training or mentorship.
  • Ability to deliver prescribed outcomes by working as directed within established knowledge management systems.
