Workday Integrations Lead - HCM & Finance

We are working with a leading client who is seeking an experienced Workday Integrations Lead with strong Finance and HCM experience to support a critical phase of their Workday landscape.

This role will take ownership of the end-to-end integrations workstream, leading design, delivery, and optimisation of Workday integrations across Finance and HCM. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders, third-party vendors, and technical teams to ensure integrations are robust, scalable, and aligned to business needs.

• Proven experience as a Workday Integrations Lead or Senior Integrations Consultant
• Strong hands-on experience with Workday Finance and HCM integrations
• Expertise across Workday integration tools (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, APIs)
• Ability to lead and advise at both technical and stakeholder level
• Comfortable working remotely with occasional UK travel
