Oracle Fusion Payroll & Benefits Techno-Functional Lead

Provide L2/L3 support for UK Payroll, ensuring timely resolution of incidents.

Manage end-to-end UK payroll cycles, including validations, calculations, auditing, payment processing, and reconciliation.

Handle UK statutory payroll processes such as RTI submissions, statutory payments (SMP, SSP, etc.), and pensions auto-enrolment.

Analyze and resolve payroll issues related to elements, balances, fast formulas, and costing integration.

Conduct quarterly update impact analysis and regression testing for UK statutory changes.

Collaborate with business teams to document requirements, configurations, and testing.

Strong knowledge of UK-specific statutory payroll rules (PAYE, NI categories, RTI submissions).

Expertise in Payroll configuration, Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, and HDL/HSDL.

Experience supporting payroll cycles in a production environment with SLAs.

Ability to handle Fusion quarterly statutory updates with confidence.
