Oracle Fusion Payroll Consultant

• Lead and support Oracle Fusion Payroll implementations and rollouts
• Gather and analyze payroll business requirements, including earnings, deductions, and statutory components
• Manage payroll calendars, periods, and consolidation groups
• Oversee pre-payments, costing, and payment methods
• Handle retro-pay, balances, and year-end processing
• Configure payroll components such as payroll definitions and payroll relationships
• Maintain element entries, classifications, and eligibility
• Manage balances, balance feeds, and dimensions
• Oversee payroll costing and GL integration
• Support payroll validation, parallel runs, UAT, and go-live activities
• Provide functional expertise to HR, Finance, and Payroll stakeholders
• Prepare functional design documents (FDD), configuration workbooks, and test scripts
• Develop and maintain Fast Formulas for payroll calculations, earnings, and deductions
• Design and support integrations using HCM Extracts and BI Publisher reports
• Manage REST/SOAP APIs for various integration purposes
• Troubleshoot payroll issues related to calculations, balances, costing, and payments
• Support data migration and ongoing data loads using HDL and HSDL

This is a hybrid role based in Crawley, UK, where you will work flexibly with our dynamic team. • 10-12 years of experience with Oracle Fusion
• Expertise in Oracle Fusion Payroll module implementations
• Proficient in Fast Formula (Payroll, Element, Proration, Retro)
• Experience with HCM Extracts and BI Publisher
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs
• Familiarity with HDL and Spreadsheet Loader (HSDL)
• Basic SQL knowledge
• Preferred: Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll certification
• Preferred: Experience with multi-country or global payroll implementations
• Preferred: Knowledge of local statutory payroll rules (country-specific)
• Preferred: Experience in AMS/production support environments
• Preferred: Exposure to Finance and GL integrations
