IT Administrator

• You and your IT colleague will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our servers, data networks, and mobile devices (laptops, smartphones).
• You will also provide first-line support for the end-users, helping them resolve technical issues and ensuring they get the most out of our IT systems. Back-up for first line support will be foreseen during your holidays / absences.
• You'll play a key role in enhancing and modifying our technical infrastructure, as well as installing and configuring new components.
• You'll help secure our IT systems, data, and administrative processes, including backup management.
• You'll ensure that changes and standard procedures are properly documented, and you'll train end users.
• You'll initiate and manage new IT projects, working closely with colleagues both in Belgium and internationally (with our group-level ICT department in France).
• You'll work primarily from our head office in Grimbergen or from home, and travel when needed to our other locations in Belgium, the Netherlands, and Germany.

• You hold at least a bachelor degree in System and Network Administration (or equivalent).

• You have knowledge of Office 365/Google Workspace.

• You have experience with virtualization products (VMware). Knowledge of AWS EC2 is a plus but not required; training can be provided.

• You can draw on at least 2 to 3 years of professional experience.

• You have excellent Dutch and English skills. French is a plus.

• You're flexible, results-driven, and thrive in a dynamic environment.

• You have an eye for detail without getting lost in it; you're reliable and thorough.

• You're a strong communicator and proactive problem-solver.
