Full Stack Developer

Job Description:

At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our UniQue team.

What will you be doing in this role?

• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based web applications using Spring / Spring Boot.
• Implement and expose RESTful APIs for integration with internal and external systems.
• Develop and maintain complex information systems, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
• Participate in system architecture and technical design decisions.
• Apply object-oriented design principles and best practices.
• Develop and maintain frontend components using Angular or Kendo UI.
• Integrate frontend applications with backend REST APIs.
• Ensure responsive UI design and good user experience.
• Write and maintain unit tests using JUnit.
• Use Maven for dependency management, build automation, and project packaging.
• Containerize applications using Docker.
• Work within Agile / SCRUM teams.
• Contribute to user story analysis, estimation, and refinement.
• Collaborate closely with analysts, architects, testers, and stakeholders.

Requirements:

What will you be bringing to the team?

• Master degree in IT or related field and 13 years of professional experience in IT.
• 6 years of experience with Java web application development (of which, at least 3 years of development experience with Java Spring and REST API development).
• Experience in development of complex information systems.
• 3 years of experience in frontend development using Angular or Kendo UI.
• 2 years of experience with Agile software development (refactoring, test-driven development, user story modelling).
• Good knowledge of Atlassian systems (Bitbucket, Jira, Confluence).
• Good knowledge of Maven, Docker, Junit.
• Experience with Git and VS Code (or JetBrains IDEs).
• Knowledge of the SCRUM development methodology is an advantage.
• Fluent in English at least at a level B2.
