- You will act as thego-to person for technical issues, handling hardware, software, access rights, connectivity, and user support.
- You will troubleshoot and resolvetechnical incidentsefficiently, from laptops and peripherals to servers and critical systems.
- You willlead and coordinate IT projects, such as infrastructure upgrades, migrations, security improvements, and new system implementations.
- You will proactively identify weaknesses and inefficiencies, proposing and implementingimprovements, automation, and best practices.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Network administration?, * Strong experience inIT infrastructure, systems, and network administration.
- Proven ability to manage an IT environmentfrom A to Z, with full ownership and accountability.
- Hands-on experience withhardware support, user support, and troubleshooting.
- Experience managing or leadingIT projectsend-to-end.
- Solid understanding ofIT security, backups, disaster recovery, and access management.
- Comfortable supporting users with different technical skill levels, with a clear and professional communication style.
- Experience infinancial services or regulated environmentsis a strong plus.
