Job description

  • Act as a senior escalation point for complex IT incidents and service requests.
  • Provide high-level technical support both on-site and remotely.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across hardware, software, network, and cloud environments.
  • Proactively monitor systems, identify risks, and implement improvements.
  • Support and lead infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and new technology rollouts.
  • Document solutions, procedures, and best practices to strengthen knowledge sharing.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Windows?, * Experienced IT professional with a strong troubleshooting and customer-focused mindset.

  • Solid expertise in Microsoft environments (Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2016-2022, Microsoft 365).
  • Strong knowledge of networking, Active Directory, and endpoint management.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure) and backup solutions (e.g. Veeam).
  • Able to communicate complex technical topics clearly to non-technical users.
  • Proactive, structured, and comfortable working independently as well as in a team.
  • Fluent in English, French and Dutch
