- 2 Days a Year to Volunteer, * Manage automation projects end-to-end: design, validation (FAT, IQ, OQ), commissioning, and documentation updates.
- Prepare URS, FS, DS, and project-related documents.
- Oversee equipment procurement, installation, and ensure compliance with timelines and budgets.
- Train impacted personnel and maintain clear stakeholder communication.
- Prepare CAPEX requests and monitor budgets .
- Ensure regulatory, EHS, and cGMP compliance.
- Coordinate resources, schedules, and deliverables across internal and external teams.

- Innovative, * Master's degree in Automation, Electromechanics, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Industrial IT, or equivalent.
- 8+ years in automation project engineering within industrial environments (pharma, food, life sciences, or chemical sectors).
- Plus: Experience with AI-based vision control, packaging/material handling, and PLC/SCADA upgrades.
- Strong project management skills; certifications are a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Project and similar tools.
- Fluent English, intermediate French.
