• 2 Days a Year to Volunteer, * Manage automation projects end-to-end: design, validation (FAT, IQ, OQ), commissioning, and documentation updates.
• Prepare URS, FS, DS, and project-related documents.
• Oversee equipment procurement, installation, and ensure compliance with timelines and budgets.
• Train impacted personnel and maintain clear stakeholder communication.
• Prepare CAPEX requests and monitor budgets .
• Ensure regulatory, EHS, and cGMP compliance.
• Coordinate resources, schedules, and deliverables across internal and external teams.

• Innovative, * Master's degree in Automation, Electromechanics, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Industrial IT, or equivalent.
• 8+ years in automation project engineering within industrial environments (pharma, food, life sciences, or chemical sectors).
• Plus: Experience with AI-based vision control, packaging/material handling, and PLC/SCADA upgrades.
• Strong project management skills; certifications are a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Project and similar tools.
• Fluent English, intermediate French.
