Werkstudent Artificial Intelligence

• Unterstützung KI-Adoption: Begleitung von Use-Cases, Pilotierungen und Roll-outs - u.a. mit Fokus auf das Microsoft Toolkit (M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Agent 365, Power Platform, AI Foundry)
• Enablement & Change: Erstellung von Leitfäden, Schulungsinhalten und Kurztrainings; sowie Mitwirkung an Kommunikationskampagnen, KI-Communities und am KI-Botschafterprogramm
• Use-Case-Scouting: Identifikation und Priorisierung von Automatisierungs- und KI-Anwendungsfällen gemeinsam mit Fachexperten, IT/Digitalisierung und anderen Zentralabteilungen
• Strategische Mitarbeit: Unterstützung bei Roadmap-Aktivitäten, Markt- und Tool-Screenings, Benchmarking sowie Vorbereitung von Entscheidungsvorlagen
• Ausbau von Agentic AI: Konzeption, Aufbau und kontinuierliche Verbesserung praxisnaher AI Agents/Assistenten, insbesondere mittels Low-Code/No-Code auf Basis von Copilot Studio und Power Platform
• Optionale Spezialisierung: Förderung und Weiterentwicklung der Nutzung von KI in Planung & BIM oder der Bauteil-Konstruktion - nice to have, aber nicht zwingend

• Gestartetes Masterstudium vorzugsweise mit wirtschaftswissenschaftlichem, Bau- oder MINT-Bezug
• Begeisterung für Künstliche Intelligenz und dafür, wie man sie gewinnbringend im Unternehmen verankert
• Praktische Vorerfahrungen mit Low-/No-Code-Entwicklung (z. B. Power Platform, Copilot Studio)
• Keine Programmierkenntnisse erforderlich - wichtiger sind Neugier, Pragmatismus und Umsetzungsfreude
• Kommunikationsstärke und Freude daran, in einem interdisziplinären Umfeld komplexe Themen verständlich zu machen und Menschen mitzunehmen
• Interesse an strategischen Fragestellungen und eine ausgeprägte Abstraktionsfähigkeit
• Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten sowie eine strukturierte, sorgfältige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
• Freude an der Arbeit im Team und im innovativen und dynamischen Umfeld eines Familienunternehmens mit "Start-up-Flair"
