Job description

You will actively participate in supporting our sites with building, deploying and maintaining their maintenance plans within MAXIMO You will be first line of contact of the sites for the support on our standard maintenance tools Working closely with local, cluster maintenance and expert teams you will also be involved in adapting and correcting the existing maintenance measures and tools to continuously improve our maintenance standard. One important pillar in our maintenance strategy is spare parts and inventory management. You will be closely involved in assessing the status for the different sites and giving support in implementing the spare part strategy: coding in Maximo or SA, periodic status follow-up,....

We're looking for a motivated, hands-on collaborator to become one of the primary contacts on all maintenance supporting topics for our new NCE cluster production sites. You will be a vital factor to translate our maintenance strategy into an effective and efficient plan for the sites and on the other hand to collect the sides maintenance demands, so that together with your colleagues within the NCE Maintenance organization inadequate update of maintenance tools and maintenance plans can be done to improve our sites safety, reliability and efficiency. Your main responsibilities: Understanding the maintenance needs from the site and cluster : What is missing to be compliant to the group rules. Create and improve: You'll be in charge of developing and optimizing our data created in the CMMS. Identify the GAP's between existing data and mandatory data. Support our production sites: You'll assist plants with the CMMS application and help evolve its functionalities, with first priority to FIT initiatives . Your start with us: Learning: Your first month will be dedicated to learning. You'll discover all our tools and meet key stakeholders and get to know the team . Dive into our systems: Starting with dedicated tasks, with close the support of our experts, you'll learn to master our CMMS (Maximo/SAP/…)which will enable you to respond to requests. Step by step you will get more autonomous and complex tasks, You will learn:

  • the different ascpects of maintenance
  • to work in full autonomy; and become one of the key contact for sites for their maintenace support
  • to write supporting documentation and procedures linked to the maintenance tools.
  • to give training to diverse maintenance and operation teams.

Requirements

Do you have experience in SAP?, Do you have a Master's degree?, Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, such as mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or process engineering.

Soft and Hard Skills Must have:

  • Affinity with IT tools, Interest in database systems (CMMS, ERP …)
  • Technical understanding and the ability to quickly grasp new ideas, combined with teamwork and communication skills
  • Technical knowledge
  • Relational qualities: Patience and good communication, ability to deal with multiple type of profiles
  • Ability to manage priorities and multiple interfaces.
  • Enjoy traveling regularly (Cluster contains 15 countries)

Nice to have: Knowledge in SAP / Maximo is a plus

Based on the feedback of the sites; lessons learned, new insights and technologies we are continuously contributing to the development and improvement of our tools and maintenance program.
