Job description

Working for Home Healthcare activities, the Digital and Data Transformation VIE will lead the design and deployment of a patient-centric digital ecosystem that differentiates our services and acts as a catalyst for business growth across Benelux by enhancing patient engagement, enabling new revenue streams and improving CX.

Your main responsibilities will be to :

  • Be accountable for the Master data and Analysis, dataflow design, implementation and measure of effectiveness in achieving the desired business benefit as envisioned/supported by the BENELUX.
  • Manage committee and the solution/tools Business Owners.
  • Promote a Digital and AI process excellence culture by identifying, developing and implementing program initiatives focused on process and CX improvement solutions within the highly CORE integrated platforms (Sales force, SAP, Navision). Be also lead & direct the Digital activities (including Data) with Process Experts and key users to ensure a fully integrated, productive and efficient solution across the organization is in place.
  • Be responsible for the improvement of customer experience, productivity, effectiveness of BENELUX Home Healthcare within our digital core solution (and any connected tools) requiring a sound understanding of the SAP, Sales force Tech care solutions, DBB, Therapy portals, Webshops.
  • Measure and report value creation for his scope of work.
  • Define and track patient-centric KPIs such as satisfaction scores, adherence to therapies and outcomes; use analytics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Assist with successful design and deployment of tools and evaluation of new digital solutions to support global home healthcare activities within the guidelines of process standardization and adoption of best practices (this includes Web solutions used by sales teams).
  • Establish and maintain alignment on global standards and best practices to ensure consistent solutions, processes globally in compliance to the Group standards and GDPR regulation. "Think Global, Act Local".
  • Facilitate user adoption, training, and maintenance of home healthcare group digital core solution in support of demand-to-supply needs and requirements Partner and influence to set strategy for key process and system improvements to better enable to achieve strategic business goals.Leverage multiple tools including Sales force, Power BI, Navision, SAP, Concur, and other Air Liquide approved tools as well as analytic resources to gain insight.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Salesforce?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, Education: Bachelor's Degree

Soft and Hard Skills:

  • Solid computer skills (i.e. Sales force, SAP, Navision, Google platform, Web portals, Database programs a plus).
  • Experience successfully leveraging business analytics to inform decisions.
  • Systematic problem solver focused on implementing solutions to solve root cause problems.
  • Strong ability to partner across a complex, matrixed organization and influence outcomes at all levels.
  • Ability to communicate and deliver presentations with impact.
  • Team player and leader who can collaborate to drive better outcomes
  • Strong organizational, team-building, and communication skills
  • Able to demonstrate strong leadership skills and the ability to assume increasing responsibilities in a rapidly-changing environment.

Languages : English is mandatory and Dutch is a plus.
